Description

• The Council is the cabal of wizards that rules the Undercity from level 7.
• They can be found in multiple areas across the level such as:
  • The White Chambers of the Council.
  • The Joggler Giggler Arena
  • The Chambers of the Council.
• They also chair a Great Tribunal where the party may be judged.
• But their most secret meetings are held in the Council room in the south-west where it is possible to request an audience… which is never granted.

How to get there

• To reach the Council level itself, the party has multiple options:
  • The stairs at {2,1,15} from the Temple are a direct shortcut which costs a gold key.
  • The teleport haze at {2,25,13} in the Retirement Room drops the party down into the Officers Canteen.
  • The stairs at {6,15,14} from the Spiders level drops the party near fake walls at {7,14,15} and {7,14,16}.
• The Council meeting room can be seen from 2 locations:
  • The Barracks
  • The Council backdoor accessible from the long corridor in the south east of the Officers Canteen.
• Breaking into the meeting room is considerably more challenging…

Interests

• Crashing a Council meeting upsets the councillors greatly so expect some retaliation for your behaviour.
• Once the meeting is over, it is possible to gather some useful keys…
  One exit in particular awards points in the Competition and leads to a game ending.

Connections

• The keys obtained from the councillors unlock the doors to the Barracks and the Council backdoor.
