Conflux/Places/The Council
From DmWiki
Description
- The Council is the cabal of wizards that rules the Undercity from level 7.
- They can be found in multiple areas across the level such as:
- They also chair a Great Tribunal where the party may be judged.
- But their most secret meetings are held in the Council room in the south-west where it is possible to request an audience… which is never granted.
How to get there
- To reach the Council level itself, the party has multiple options:
- The stairs at {2,1,15} from the Temple are a direct shortcut which costs a gold key.
- The teleport haze at {2,25,13} in the Retirement Room drops the party in the Officers Canteen.
