Description
- Solune, the Head Councillor, is mentioned in frightened terms by other members of the Council.
- The Emerald Level is where he carries out magic experiments.
- The party can encounter him eventually after visiting key areas on both levels 7 and 8.
How to get there
- In the Chambers of The Council, navigate north west from the Officers Canteen’s teleporter to find a closed door.
- Behind the door, a ladder leading up and another leading down can be found.
- The party arrives at a platform with stairs going down to the east and alcoves containing gems to the north. Other stairs can be seen across a pit.
- Taking the eastern stairs leads to corridors that go further down around Pit D.
- On the first floor down, the party will find a short path to the right leading to stairs going up.
- Climbing these stairs gets the party across the pit seen earlier with a blue switch on the wall. Pressing it releases the Dark Councillor from his hideout.
Interests
- Solune possesses 2 key items of interests:
- There is a switch on the wall which opens and closes Pit D on the platform where the party battles Solune.
Connections
- The spiral stairs to the east snake around Pit D until its bottom 6 floors below.
- These stairs also lead to other connected areas on level 8, to the Garden of Nostalgia on level 10 and to the Maze of Thieves on level 13.
