The Joggler Giggler Arena cannot be described in mere words. A party must enter it to experience it.

A party will eventually visit the arena while exploring the Spiders area, The Council level or the Emerald Level.

To exit the arena, the party must throw a key valuable to the wizard counsellor who oversees the game.
Once the door to the arena is open, there are rewards to claim in it.

The door to the north connects with the Stairs of Ashes.
The door to the south leads to the other parts of the Circus Games and The Fall of Fright.
