Description
The Monastery is the area surrounding the Iron Temple where the monks live in several apartments.
How to get there
- From the cross key room in the Cellar, proceed north until reaching stairs at {1,31,16} or {1,29,18}. Go downstairs, dodge or kill the materializers who roam the room and head west. From that platform either take the stairs north at {1,25,25} or south at {1,25,27}.
- A pit at {1,14,6} in the Cellar drops the party near the High Apartments
Interests
- The monks defending their lodges drop mostly clothes and miscellaneous items when killed.
- Alcoves contain offerings of food or ingredients which prove useful later such as Snapgragons, Mushrooms, etc.
- Some weapons can be found in unlikely places like the Tree of Fear and Courage
