This is a hallway with a series of rooms behind a sapphire door in the main hallway of the council level. There are YA VEN turrets at each end of the hallway - use zokathra spells to open and close the doors so that you don't get bombarded while fighting the bad guys in here. There's a square key and some holy armor pieces.
