The High Sentinel is a very hard hitting golem which guards the main access to the stairs leading to the Emerald Forest. It also happens to be invisible ! It is recommended to cast the Stoneskin spell (which is unlocked in an alcove near the other visible golems) to soak some of the damage. Gauntlets and swords are better than spells: save your mana for health potions.
