Conflux/Places/Xanathars Lair

Xanathar rules from his lair in the south-east of level 16.

From the Mindflayers’ room, proceed south-east and open the solid key door.
The next room contains a demon behind a pit and 2 buttons, one of which says “door”.
Once the demon is dead and the door opened, carry on south until reaching an iron gate.
Throw an item onto the pad to the east to open the gate.
The golems in that location need to be released and fought to open the path south.
A beholder guards the last south corridor that leads to Xanathar.
