Conflux/Places/The Council

Description

• The Council is the cabal of wizards that rules the Undercity from level 7.
• They can be found in multiple areas across the level such as:
  • The White Chambers of the Council.
  • The Joggler Giggler Arena
  • Chambers of the Council.
• They also chair a Great Tribunal where the party may be judged.
• But their most secret meetings are held in the Council room in the south-west where it is possible to request an audience.
