Description
This area makes up most of level 21 and is a maze of colonnades gatekeeping the lowest levels of the Undercity.
How to get there
- From the Moria, the party must find the stairs leading to the Hot Springs at {15,28,0}
- Once there, find the stairs at {16,31,0} to the underground path.
- Proceed down 3 flights of stairs until reaching a gate guarded by a gargoyle: open it by pressing on the ring right beside it.
- On the next floor down, defeat the Dracolich that roams the area.
- A tiny switch removes a wall blocking the way to the final stairs down.
Interests
- There are several switches hidden away in the maze, each releasing a unique creature and granting access to the next switch in the sequence.
- Once all switches are turned on, the party unlocks the stairs leading down.
- The level is otherwise populated by Red Ants.
