Description
- The dragons’ lair is found in the north west corner of level 13.
- While there is a path on the edge, the cavern centre is made of fake walls populated by dragons of various sizes.
- Once the party enters the door, it closes behind you and requires a key found in the cavern to exit.
How to get there
- Follow the Stairs of Ashes and pass through the Green Nightmare on level 8.
- Skip the guild leaders’ quest entrances on levels 9, 10, 11 and 12.
- The cavern is finally reached on level 13.
Interests
- Red dragons unsurprisingly inhabit this cavern.
- Black Flame pads generate rives if or when stepped on.
- A well hidden button on one wall removes a wall that reveals the escape of the guild’s carthographers into the rest of the dungeon.
- There is a black door which opens with a master key and provides access to up to 3 linked areas.
Connections
- Behind the black door, the cavern leads to the Tower of Manpang and the Clovkwork Maze.
- There is another connection between the cavern and the Moria but it must be unlocked from the dwarven city.
