Things to consider:
Column contents are "mixed"; even "special" immunities don't belong to "special abilities", "poisonous" and diseases are in fact attack types, the "best attacked with…" need an own column, or the "immunities" column must be modified.
The following should be listed under "attacks":
- (continuous MON) YA VEN
- (continuous) OH VEN
- ZO VEN
- ZO EW
- (continouous) FUL KATH
- OH GOR
- Drains Mana, Strength, Food, Water
- Party movement slowed
- Party attack speed decreased
- Attack halves vitality
- Poisonous attack
- Poisonous
- Cause disease (all types)
- Fear Aura
- Knockback
- Mental attack
- Paralysis
- Throw Thorn, Rock
- Cobweb attack
- Can kill with one hit
- Turn-into-tombstone attack ("kill a 2nd time")
- Long distance attack
Reason: directly influence the Champions in a negative way.
The following are "special abilities and properties":
- Summon Imp, Couatl, Minion, Spiked Wyrm
- OH EW SAR
- FUL EW
- DES GOR DAIN
- MON OH VEN upon death
- Lay eggs (all types)
- Can hatch/grows from (all types)
- Breaks metal equipment
- Stealing objects
- Pick up objects
- Consume Rock, Gorgonzola, Steak
- Position/movement: Swimming, Flying, Stationary, Always faces party (we can only include "slow" or "fast"…)
- Can move and attack at the same time
- Immortal
- Non-material being
- Regenerates
I'm not sure where "smoke cloud" should go. Has it a negative effect other than impairing sight? If not, I suggest to count "OH EW SAR", "FUL EW" and "Smoke Cloud" as special abilities, because they don't have harming effects on their own, they only make it easier for the enemy, like the summonings, to successfully harm you later. You also don't carry these effects with you, like the diseases. Everything and only anything able to decrease statistics or disable your movements or kill you should be considered an attack, I think.
The current "immunities" column is particularly disastrous:
"All" means not really "all", but mostly "all, but Vorpal Blade/Branch od Fear and Courage attack and ZO EW"; the one exception, where ZO EW doesn't always work is even in the wrong column.
I suggest a column "immunities and vulnerabilities" (or two different columns) instead, where weapon recommendations as well as immunities can be recorded. Particularly should "all" and "spells" only be used if there are no exceptions, on immortal characters, that is. Since some immortal beings can be killed nonetheless, this should be included in spoiler tags here.
Missing monsters/paragons:
- The Harbinger (Death)
- Greater Water Elemental (or is that their way to form a group on a square?)
- The Giggler of All (or is that a normal Giggler after all?)
- Smaug (or is that a Red Dragon?)
- Steel Sphinx is mentioned somewhere (or was that the same as a Stone Dragon?)
- Mind Flayers are the brown things under the ceiling?

The Abyss monster is listed as T-rex, but I don't remeber where I saw it.
Badvishnu, Cog Knight, Demon, Feyr, Small Rat, Waterprince, Balrog, and the Great Minotaur need palette adjustments. I've fixed palettes for the rest.
